Attio Migration Service
Your legacy CRM in Attio for a flat $700
Exported, audited, deduped, mapped, imported, and reconciled against your source file. Relationships intact, notes attached, no duplicate sludge to clean up afterwards. Three business days.
And if you come back for the build, the $700 comes off. Not half of it — all of it.
Short answer
A standalone Attio data migration from Craftt is a flat $700 and takes three business days. It covers export, audit, object and field mapping, deduplication before import, relationship mapping, notes and activity, and verification against your source file. The full $700 is credited against a Craftt Tune-Up ($1,500 → $800) or seven-day Sprint ($2,500 → $1,800) booked within 90 days, so migrating first never costs you extra.
What the $700 covers
Export and audit of your current CRM
We take the export ourselves or work from yours. Before anything moves we tell you what is in there: record counts, orphaned rows, duplicate clusters, fields nobody has filled in two years.
Object and field mapping
People, companies, deals, notes, tasks, and your custom objects mapped into Attio's model. Picklists and enums normalized, dates and currencies converted, owners resolved to real workspace members.
Deduplication before import, not after
Duplicates are collapsed in the staging file, so your new workspace never contains them. Cleaning duplicates after an import is a much bigger job than preventing them.
Relationships preserved
Contacts stay attached to their companies, deals stay attached to both, notes and activity stay attached to the record they belong to. This is the part flat CSV imports lose.
History and notes carried over
Notes, call logs, and activity history come across where the source system exposes them, so your team does not have to keep the old CRM open in a second tab.
Verification against the source
Row counts and spot checks against your original export, plus a written handoff note listing what landed, what was deduped, and any row that was skipped and why.
The $700 is a credit, not a fee
Most agencies price migration as a way in and then quote the real number once your data is already in their hands. We would rather you could work out the whole path before you spend anything.
So the migration fee is refundable into anything you buy next, in full, for 90 days after handoff:
- Migration only — $700. Your data is in Attio, cleanly. Walk away and owe nothing else.
- Then a tune-up — normally $1,500, $800 after the credit. Data model, workflows, and up to three Claude agents.
- Then the seven-day sprint — normally $2,500, $1,800after the credit. Full build, six Claude agents, docs, training, live in 7 business days or you don't pay.
The $700 is credited in full against a Tune-Up ($1,500 → $800) or a Sprint ($2,500 → $1,800) booked within 90 days of handoff. One credit per workspace. Booking the Sprint outright already includes the migration, so you are never worse off either way.
How it runs
1. Short call, or just send the export
Fifteen minutes to confirm what is moving and what should not. If you would rather skip the call, add george@craftt.io as an expert in your Attio workspace and send the files.
2. Mapping plan back to you
You get the object and field map in writing before a single record is written, plus anything we found that needs a decision from you.
3. Staged, cleaned, imported
Data is cleaned and deduped in staging, imported into your workspace, and relationships wired up.
4. Verified and handed back
Counts reconciled against your source, a written summary of what moved, and your old CRM stays untouched so you can compare at your own pace.
Where we migrate from
Same flat $700 whichever one you are leaving. If your system is not listed and it can produce a CSV or expose an API, it is still $700.
FAQ
How much does an Attio migration cost?
Craftt charges a flat $700 for a standalone Attio data migration, regardless of which CRM you are leaving. That covers export, audit, field and object mapping, deduplication, relationship mapping, import, verification, and a written handoff note. There is no per-record or per-file surcharge for a normal B2B CRM.
What happens to the $700 if I hire you for the full build later?
It comes straight off. Book a Tune-Up within 90 days of handoff and it costs $800 instead of $1,500. Book the seven-day Sprint and it costs $1,800 instead of $2,500. You never pay more by starting with the migration than you would have paid by buying the build outright.
How long does it take?
Three business days from the moment we have the export and your answers on the mapping questions. Very large or multi-source datasets can run longer, and we tell you that before you pay, not after.
Which CRMs can you migrate from?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Affinity, Close, Copper, Folk, Monday, Zoho, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Excel, and most systems that can produce a CSV export. If your system has an API but no clean export, we pull from the API.
Do you migrate notes, activity, and email history?
Notes, call logs, and activity come across wherever the source system exposes them in an export or API. Full email history is usually better handled by connecting Attio's native email sync to your mailbox after the migration, because that backfills threads directly from Gmail or Outlook rather than from your old CRM's copy of them.
What happens to duplicates?
They are collapsed before import, in staging, so they never reach your workspace. You get the merge log with the handoff note. Deduplicating after an import is a materially larger job, which is why we do not do it that way.
Is migration included if I just book the Sprint?
Yes. The $2,500 seven-day Sprint already includes the migration alongside the data model, reporting, automations, integrations, six Claude agents, documentation, and training. The standalone $700 offer exists for teams who want their data moved now and are not ready to commit to a full build.
Do you keep a copy of our data?
Working files are deleted after handoff on request, and your old CRM is never modified or cancelled by us. We only ever write into your Attio workspace, which you own.
Ready when you are.
Two ways in. Pick the friction that fits.
