How are the six agents scoped?
During days 1-2, we review your workflow and identify the six highest-impact agents. You confirm before we build. The list typically includes inbound triage, pipeline hygiene, deal health, update drafts, and two custom agents specific to your use case.
What does the 30-day tuneup cover?
Fixes, agent adjustments, and small additions that come from running the workspace with real data. Not a full rebuild — but anything that comes up from normal use in the first 30 days is covered.
Can I start with the Setup and add agents later?
Yes. Agents can be added as a follow-on project after a 1-day setup. The Sprint is more efficient if you know you want agents from the start.
What happens after the 30-day tuneup?
The workspace and agents are yours. If you want ongoing tuning, monitoring, and new agent additions, the Ongoing CRM manager covers that at $497/month.
Do agents need a separate subscription?
Agents that run on a schedule or via webhook need an Anthropic API key (usage-billed). We set this up as part of the sprint. Running cost is typically $5-30/month at steady state.
Can agents take actions without my approval?
Only for low-risk actions like moving deal stages or creating tasks. Anything irreversible — merges, mass updates, sent messages — goes through an approval step first.
