Seven business days, not calendar days, from kickoff. If your workspace and agents aren't live and handed off by then, you owe nothing. The clock assumes prompt replies from your side — while we're waiting on you for access, decisions, or content, those days don't count.

During days 1-2, we review your workflow and identify the six highest-impact agents. You confirm before we build. The list typically includes inbound triage, pipeline hygiene, deal health, update drafts, and two custom agents specific to your use case.

Fixes, agent adjustments, and small additions that come from running the workspace with real data. Not a full rebuild — but anything that comes up from normal use in the first 30 days is covered.

That's the Tune-Up ($1,000) — we reconfigure your existing workspace and retune up to three agents, no full rebuild. The Sprint is the path when you want the full build plus six agents from the start.

The workspace and agents are yours. If you want ongoing tuning, monitoring, and new agent additions, the Operating layer covers that at $900/month — running on your own account, so you keep ownership with no lock-in.

Agents that run on a schedule or via webhook need an Anthropic API key (usage-billed). We set this up as part of the sprint. Running cost is typically $5-30/month at steady state.

Only for low-risk actions like moving deal stages or creating tasks. Anything irreversible — merges, mass updates, sent messages — goes through an approval step first.
