What is Attio?
Attio is an AI-native CRM. It lets you build custom objects, relationships, and workflows around your actual business rather than fitting your process into a fixed sales structure. It is used by B2B teams that want flexibility and AI built into how they manage relationships.
Is Attio right for my team?
Attio works well for teams that need a CRM that reflects how their business actually works, not just a pipeline with custom fields on top. It is especially strong for teams that want AI as part of daily CRM work, not just a bolt-on.
What does Craftt do?
We implement Attio for B2B teams. That includes data migrations, workspace design, workflow automation, AI agents, and ongoing CRM management. We do the technical work so your team does not have to.
Do I need to already be on Attio to work with you?
No. We work with teams switching from another CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, spreadsheets) and teams starting fresh. If you are already on Attio but the workspace is messy or underbuilt, we work with that too.
Where do I start?
The free 48-hour audit is the lowest-friction way to start. Submit your Attio workspace or CRM details, and we return a written review in 2 business days with the three highest-leverage fixes. No call required.
Migrations
Which CRMs can you migrate from?
Any CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Copper, spreadsheets, or a mix. Migration is included in the 1-day setup and 7-day sprint, or available as a standalone $800 service.
What does a migration actually involve?
Export from the old CRM, data cleanup, field mapping, restructuring into Attio's data model, import, and verification. The real work is deciding what changes during the move, not just lifting and shifting the same structure.
Can you migrate all my data?
Contacts, companies, deals, notes, activities, and custom fields move cleanly in most cases. Call recordings and SMS history typically stay in the source CRM as an archive. Cases (Salesforce) do not migrate to Attio currently.
Do we need to clean data before migrating?
Not necessarily before you contact us, but yes before we import. We review your data and handle the cleanup as part of the migration process so problems do not follow you into the new system.
Can you redesign the CRM structure during the migration, not just copy it?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Most teams get more value from using the migration as a chance to rebuild properly rather than carrying old limitations into a new tool.
How long does a migration take?
Depends on the size and complexity of the export. Most standalone migrations are 2-3 business days once we have access to the export. Migrations included in a setup or sprint run on a parallel timeline.
CRM setup and implementation
What is included in a 1-day setup?
Migration from your current CRM, data model setup, reporting, workflow automations, integrations, a Notion documentation page, and team training. All done in one focused build day.
What is the difference between the 1-day setup and the 7-day sprint?
The 7-day sprint includes everything in the 1-day setup, plus six Claude AI agents built to your specific process, and a 30-day tuneup after handoff. The setup is the full CRM build. The sprint is the CRM plus agents.
What does 'live in 1 business day' actually mean?
We complete the full CRM build in one focused day. Data migration runs in parallel before that day and depends on how quickly we can access your export. The one day refers to the Attio workspace build, not the end-to-end project.
Can we keep using our old CRM while the new one is being built?
Yes. We run the build in parallel with your current workflow. Most teams switch over on the final day after verifying the new workspace.
Do you document what you build?
Yes. Every setup and sprint includes a Notion documentation page so your team knows how the workspace is structured and why.
AI agents
What is a Claude agent?
A Claude agent is an AI that does one specific job inside your Attio workspace, for example triaging inbound leads, cleaning pipeline data, drafting board updates, or summarizing call notes into follow-up tasks. We build them to your process.
What can agents actually do in Attio?
Agents can read and write records, run on triggers (new record created, field updated, schedule), search across your data, generate summaries, create tasks, draft messages, and more. The exact capabilities depend on the workflow.
Do agents require a separate AI subscription?
No. We set them up using your existing Attio workspace. Some agent workflows use Make or n8n as an orchestration layer, which may require a plan on those tools depending on your volume.
How many agents are included in the sprint?
Six agents, built based on your specific use cases. We scope them during the first two days of the sprint.
What happens if an agent breaks or my process changes?
The 7-day sprint includes a 30-day tuneup after handoff for exactly this reason. If you want ongoing agent maintenance beyond that, the Ongoing CRM manager add-on covers it.
Pricing and process
What are the pricing tiers?
Free 48-hour audit ($0), standalone data migration ($800), 1-day setup ($1,732), and 7-day sprint ($2,997). An optional Ongoing CRM manager is available at $497/month after any build.
What if I need something that does not fit a tier?
Book a call and describe it. If it is a defined, deliverable piece of work, we will quote it flat.
How does payment work?
Flat price, invoiced up front. We do not bill hourly or add scope creep charges after the fact.
Is the Ongoing CRM manager required?
No. It is an optional add-on you can start after a build if you want the agents and workspace kept current as your process evolves.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call or submit your workspace for the free audit. The call is 30 minutes. We scope the work, confirm the tier, and schedule the build.
What if I am not sure which tier I need?
Start with the free audit. It tells you the state of your workspace and what is worth fixing. That usually makes the tier decision obvious.
Ready when you are.
Two ways in. Pick the friction that fits.
