Bouncing between well-known Pipedrive, highly-recommended Monday, open-source Twenty and brand-new Attio, I loved George's patience. He waited a month for our real leads to come in, then fixed our chaos in 30 mins. Shifted tracking from companies to individuals - was key since one firm has multiple people that we approach differently. Professional, Responsive, and On Point!

I saw a post on LinkedIn that suggested a clever solution to a problem I had been unable to solve regarding specialized importing. When I suggested it to the Attio tech support who had come up short, he agreed that it was a clever solution. And then George of Craftt offered one or two other suggestions that eluded the regular Attio staff. He was responsive in carrying out the work and went back and forth with me several times to make sure the job was finished correctly. Really solid. On point!

Simply Amazing!

Being in an automation heavy/AI-first organization — George kindly walked me through ways to unblock certain workflows that I thought wasn't possible or was stuck for hours. Especially when working with third party tools like Zapier or Relay, George had a lot of knowledge. He is super fast and amazing at communicating, and most importantly very knowledgeable with Attio.
