A tune-up is scoped straight from the free 48-hour audit. That written review tells us exactly what is set up wrong and what the fix needs to cover, so you know the scope before you pay for anything.
2. The fix
We reconfigure the data model and workflows, repair or rebuild the broken automations, and set up or retune up to three Claude agents. Usually 2 to 3 business days once we have access.
3. Handed back
Everything documented and handed back, yours to run. If you want the agents kept tuned as your process changes, the Operating layer picks it up from there.
What is not included
