How the day works
Before the build day
We collect your CRM export, review the data, and clean it. You share access to your current CRM and any tools that need to be connected.
Morning: data model
We design the object structure, fields, and relationships based on your process. By midday the foundation is live.
Afternoon: workflows and integrations
Automations are wired up. Integrations connected. Reporting built. Views configured for each team role.
End of day: handoff
Team walkthrough. Documentation live in Notion. Your team is using the new workspace by the end of the day.
What is not included
- AI agents (those are in the Sprint)
- Ongoing workspace management (optional add-on)
- Integrations requiring custom code or API keys we cannot access

FAQ
What does 'live in 1 business day' mean exactly?
The Attio workspace build happens in one focused day. Data migration runs on a parallel timeline beforehand and depends on how quickly we can access your export. The one day refers to the build, not the full project start to finish.
What if I do not have an existing CRM?
We build the data model and workspace from scratch. Migration is not required. The build day is the same.
Is migration included in the $1,732?
Yes. Migration from your current CRM is included. If migration needs to be scoped separately (complex multi-CRM situations), we discuss that before the project starts.
What is not included?
AI agents are in the Sprint tier, not the Setup. The Setup is the full CRM build without agents. If you want agents, book the Sprint.
What if something needs fixing after the build?
Small adjustments in the days after handoff are included. Structural changes or new workstreams beyond the original scope are a separate project.
Can we upgrade to the Sprint later?
Yes. If you want agents added after the setup, we can scope and build them as a follow-on project.
